about us

what we believe

  • The Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit, and is the infallible, inerrant Word of God.
  • The integrity of the Bible has been divinely protected through the ages.
  • In the Trinity: One God who reveals Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  • In the deity of Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death on the cross as payment for sin, bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of God the Father.
  • In the forgiveness of sin only through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ.
  • That salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ – He is the only way to heaven.
  • That salvation cannot be lost.
  • That Jesus Christ established two ordinances for the local church: Believer’s Baptism, and The Lord’s Supper or Communion.
  • In the Rapture of the church, when Jesus takes all true Believers to be with Him.
  • That Jesus Christ will return.

Our Sunday services are rather informal and our worship style is blended, a mixture of traditional hymns and newer worship songs.  Some of our music is played by our pianist and some is recordings. 5. Do you have childcare available?
    A. Yes! Adult volunteers at NBC see your child as a person with the capacity to grow and learn no matter what the age. Ask the person who greets you at the door to help you find the right location for your child and they will be glad to assist you.
  6. Will I be asked to give money?
    A. As our guest you will never be asked to give anything. You can give an offering if you would like, but it will never be expected. That is the responsibility of our members and for those who attend regularly.

    A. Yes we do.  Please Email us and we can send you a copy.

  9. Can I know for sure I’ll go to Heaven?
    A. The Bible was written so we could know for sure… no “I hope so” or “I think so”. Do you KNOW for sure that if you were to die today you would go to Heaven? Visit our Find Hope page for more info.
